Hey everyone,

In 4 Sundays we will celebrate Easter!

On Friday, April 14, we observe Good Friday (7 pm Friday at Core Knowledge). We will join with our fellow believers at Spirit of Hope Church as we read key gospel passages on Jesus’ passion. This service is sometimes called "Tenebrae" (latin for darkness) because of the darkness in which Jesus journeys into when he takes on spiritual enemies and wins our salvation!

Then on Sunday, April 16, we will hold our annual Easter Breakfast (9:30 am) and Easter Celebration (10:30 am). We'll gather for a church wide breakfast at 9:30 am and then gather for worship as we celebrate Christ’s resurrection. All our music specifically celebrates Christ's resurrection and victory over sin and death. It's truly our most exciting service of the year!

Mark these times and dates and think of friends who you can bring with you to hear the glorious gospel of Christ. Pray that God will open hearts of your friends who have yet to meet Jesus. Let's begin praying for that this Sunday!
